本節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是對新課標(biāo)人教版Module 2 Unit 5 Music的復(fù)習(xí)。主要任務(wù)是通過填空的形式復(fù)習(xí)課文內(nèi)容,掌握本單元一些重點短語。通過對話題進(jìn)行說,聽,寫等活動,使學(xué)生了解到各種音樂形式,國內(nèi)外著名的樂隊,熟悉使用有關(guān)偏好的表達(dá)方式,表達(dá)自己對音樂的偏好及認(rèn)識,最后能利用課堂討論所積累到的語言素材和聽力材料完成一篇讀寫任務(wù),實現(xiàn)從語言輸入到語言輸出的遷移。

三.教學(xué)設(shè)計
1.總體思路
本節(jié)課總的思路是復(fù)習(xí)基礎(chǔ),活用知識,拓展能力。借助多媒體教學(xué),以多種形式的活動來組織教學(xué),讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)和合作學(xué)習(xí)的能力,提高學(xué)生用英語進(jìn)行思維和表達(dá)的能力。
本節(jié)課首先以課本內(nèi)容為依托,采用填空的形式作為回顧檢測,復(fù)習(xí)重點短語和表達(dá)。在完成對基礎(chǔ)知識的復(fù)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上重點訓(xùn)練學(xué)生綜合語言運用能力(說,聽,寫)。圍繞Do you like music? Why? 和 What kind of music do you prefer?Why?這兩個問題進(jìn)行討論,在討論和呈現(xiàn)討論結(jié)果的過程中復(fù)習(xí)表達(dá)偏好的方式及積累語言表達(dá)材料。 最后通過聽力訓(xùn)練,來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在聽力當(dāng)中獲取信息和處理信息的能力。通過對聽力材料的理解也使學(xué)生明確了音樂對我們生活的影響和作用,讓他們對音樂有了更全面的認(rèn)識。通過討論和聽力材料增加有效的語言輸入,讓學(xué)生有足夠豐富的語言材料來完成最后的寫作任務(wù),達(dá)到知識活用和能力拓展的教學(xué)目的。

I. 話題引入
Song appreciation: Listen to a song --- Yesterday by the Beatles
Some famous bands: Beyond / Backstreet boys / Westlife / the Beatles / the Monkees
(設(shè)計說明)此環(huán)節(jié)以歌曲引入話題,能引起學(xué)生的興趣,使學(xué)生迅速進(jìn)入上課狀態(tài)。此外也使學(xué)生能熟悉國內(nèi)外著名的樂隊,從而自然地引入到對樂隊the Monkees的課文復(fù)習(xí)。
II. 語篇領(lǐng)悟
Summary of the text: Blank-filling
If we are ourselves, most of us have being famous sometimes in our lives. Most musicians often meet and a band. Sometimes they play in the street to passers-by so that they can some money and this also gives them a chance to their dreams. “The Monkees” started in a different way. The musicians of whom the band was formed each other as well as played music, whose music and jokes were loosely “The Beatles”. Their exciting performances were copied by other groups. However, after one year or so, they became more their work and played their own music like a real band. Though it in 1970, it reunited in the mid-1980s and it is still popular today.

III. 知識活用
A. Topic discussion(group work)
學(xué)生分組討論下面問題:
1. Do you like music? Why?
教師可先進(jìn)行示范和引導(dǎo),例如: I myself am a music lover, because music can make me in a good mood after an exhausting working day.
這時可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考表達(dá)喜歡的方式,最后由教師進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納
Possible expressions:
be fond of … / be a … lover / …is one’s hobby… (表達(dá)偏好的方式)
接著教師布置學(xué)生分組討論:Do you like music? Why?
此時教師應(yīng)鼓勵學(xué)生的不同表達(dá),充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的自主性。另外小組成員之間也可以交流信息,體現(xiàn)合作探究的精神。
學(xué)生討論完畢,小組代表在全班進(jìn)行信息的交流。此時教師應(yīng)對學(xué)生進(jìn)行鼓勵和表揚,使學(xué)生有成就感和近一步學(xué)習(xí)的動力。
最后,由教師給出參考的文段給全班同學(xué)欣賞。

(設(shè)計說明) 討論部分的話題為學(xué)生所熟悉,學(xué)生基本上有話可說。這兩個問題也都是開放性的,沒有所謂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案,學(xué)生也可以各抒己見。采用小組討論的方式可以讓不同層次的學(xué)生都充分的參與到活動中來,討論結(jié)束后,每組推選出一位同學(xué)為代表來做presentation。教師在這個過程中要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生留意不同學(xué)生的表達(dá)和內(nèi)容并將的一些重點詞,句板書,讓學(xué)生可以利用到最后的寫作部分中去。
