情態(tài)動(dòng)詞是歷屆中考的重、難點(diǎn)之一。 同學(xué)們?cè)趶?fù)習(xí)備考時(shí)要注意以下三點(diǎn)： 1. 從句式角度進(jìn)行分類(lèi)復(fù)習(xí)。2. 利用對(duì)比法進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)。3. 注意近年來(lái)中考情態(tài)動(dòng)詞的新考點(diǎn)的復(fù)習(xí)和運(yùn)用�，F(xiàn)就歷屆中考的幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)作一講述。

[考點(diǎn)一] can / could ; may / might; must 表推測(cè)的用法

[考點(diǎn)點(diǎn)撥] （1）can / could 表示推測(cè)的用法時(shí)，意為"可能"，常用于疑問(wèn)句、否定句，could表示推測(cè)時(shí)，不表示時(shí)態(tài)，其程度不如can。

（2）may / might 表推測(cè)時(shí)，用在肯定句中，意為"可能; 也許"，might此時(shí)也不表示時(shí)態(tài)，其推測(cè)程度弱于may。

（3）must 表示很有把握的"一定"，用于肯定句。

[考點(diǎn)二] can 與be able to 的區(qū)別與運(yùn)用

[考點(diǎn)點(diǎn)撥] can 可以表示能力及可能性，它沒(méi)有人稱(chēng)和數(shù)的變化； be able to 除了表示能力外，還可以表示"經(jīng)過(guò)一番周折干成某事"， 它有人稱(chēng)和數(shù)的變化。can只有現(xiàn)在式和過(guò)去式，而be able to可用于各種時(shí)態(tài)。

[考點(diǎn)三] used to與would的區(qū)別及運(yùn)用

[考點(diǎn)點(diǎn)撥] 二者均可表示"過(guò)去常常"之意， 但would 常表示過(guò)去的習(xí)慣動(dòng)作，而不表示過(guò)去的狀態(tài)， 且沒(méi)有與現(xiàn)在對(duì)比的含義。used to 表示"過(guò)去常常......（而現(xiàn)在已不如此）"，它既可以表示動(dòng)作，也可以表示狀態(tài)，強(qiáng)調(diào)過(guò)去與現(xiàn)在的對(duì)比。
