英語建議信寫作的攻略分享

　　建議信在歷年四六級應用文考題中考頻相當高，寫作分三步走：自我介紹、說明來意——具體建議——希望對方采納、期盼回復。

　　格式

　　建議信作為書信的一種，可用書信的通用格式，包括稱呼、信件主體、結束語、署名四個主要部分。例如：

　　Dear ____,(稱呼可齊頭可縮進)

　　I am... I am writing to...(主體內(nèi)容)

　　Looking forward to your reply. / Hoping to hear from you soon. / Wishing you...

　　(結束語)Yours sincerely,(署名)____

　　經(jīng)典表達

　　常用詞匯/短語

　　proposal 提議

　　feasible 可行的

　　put forward some advice 提出建議

　　with regard to 關于;至于

　　be beneficial to 對……有益

　　decision-making 決策

　　take measures 采取措施

　　find sth. helpful 發(fā)現(xiàn)……能有幫助

　　be of great importance 很重要

　　prepare for 準備

　　improve the efficiency 提高效率

　　foresee a future 預見未來

　　常用句型

　　(1)表明寫信意圖：

　　I am writing this letter to render/give some suggestions on...(寫信人主動提出建議)

　　You have consulted me for some advice about how to..., so I would try to make some constructive suggestions.(寫信人受邀給出建議)

　　(2)提出建議：

　　I think?it?would?be?beneficial?if?you?could...

　　It?is?useful/ helpful/ important/ necessary for?you?to...

　　(3)表達希望：

　　I hope these suggestions are helpful/ practical/ useful/ conducive to you.

　　I would be more than happy if my suggestions could be considered and positive changes could take place in these regards.
