人事

本部門將將通過各種途徑不間斷地開展人員招聘工作。酒店現(xiàn)階段人員招聘途徑主要有每周二、四、五的招聘會(huì)和內(nèi)部員工推薦兩種。
二、 做好階段性的人員結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整。
為達(dá)到人力資源的優(yōu)化配置,進(jìn)一步降低人力資源成本,本部門將實(shí)施階段性定崗、定編、定員工作。
三、 加大培訓(xùn)力度。
本部門將堅(jiān)持培訓(xùn)有目的、有計(jì)劃、有考核、有執(zhí)行落實(shí)的原則展開培訓(xùn)工作;
做好新員工入職前培訓(xùn)工作;
將根據(jù)酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)的實(shí)際狀況,制定有針對(duì)性的'培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,分為周培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和月培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃;
實(shí)行月末考核,并在實(shí)際工作中抽查的方式檢驗(yàn)培訓(xùn)效果;
員工考核成績(jī)?nèi)霗n,以此作為評(píng)先優(yōu)秀員工的依據(jù)。
四、 不斷完善員工的福利待遇并做好后勤保障工作。
堅(jiān)持每月舉辦一次有意義的集體活動(dòng);
繼續(xù)策劃好員工的生日party;
做好員工宿舍的管理工作;
關(guān)心員工的工作和生活,每月舉辦一次員工座談會(huì)。
質(zhì)檢
一、 始終堅(jiān)定不移地把衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升作為質(zhì)檢工作的重心。
嚴(yán)格遵循衛(wèi)生和服務(wù)質(zhì)量檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開展質(zhì)檢工作,并堅(jiān)持走動(dòng)式管理;
嚴(yán)格按照工作流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)辦事,不斷讓員工在實(shí)際工作中提高衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。
二、 獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)罰劣。
嚴(yán)格遵循獎(jiǎng)罰制度,做到獎(jiǎng)罰分明,有理有據(jù),并將獎(jiǎng)罰結(jié)果月末公示。
企業(yè)文化建設(shè)
一、 在原有企業(yè)文化的基礎(chǔ)上不斷加以完善。
