My name is XXX, graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology, was studying financial management specialty. The following is my personal letter of introduction.
I to your bank for some basic understanding. As a newcom#er students finish their studies, I have the confidence to accept the social test and the challenge from its own. During my college study hard, strict demands on themselves, respect for teachers, and actively participate in various activities organized by the school. On weekdays, and teachers and students live together in peace together. In English, passed Band Four six examination. I know, the bank clerk is the need to have a strong sense of responsibility, practice. Therefore, in school period, I tried a different practice and work. 一、考試前一天的注意事項
有些考生在考前的幾天時間里，會出現(xiàn)過度緊張、睡不好，那么，這個時候生物鐘應該怎么進行調整？
考試前2—3天應該將自己的生物鐘調整到最佳狀態(tài)。每晚11點以前一定要上床。因為11點，是人體開始進行內部系統(tǒng)修復的時候。一般6點起床較為合適。過早過晚都不適宜，使自己最好的狀態(tài)和太陽同步。習慣睡午覺的同學應該提前幾天調整睡眠時間以保證睡眠充足。即使失眠，也不要過于緊張。以下幾個方法可以緩解你的`緊張。
1．至少提前20分鐘為休息做準備，而不是匆忙洗完就上床。
2．一邊洗臉、刷牙，進行睡前清洗時，一邊心里默念：我現(xiàn)在需要休息了。我將要躺在舒適溫暖/清涼的床上。
3．不要在睡前洗過熱的澡，水溫適合就可以。泡腳水溫度稍熱些，可以放松神經(jīng)。
4．不要聽過于激烈或傷懷的音樂。
5．睡不著，不要緊張。有人會聽廣播里的天氣預報，有人會選擇看本枯燥的理論書，有人會做遐想，總之要找到適合自己的放松方法。
有些考生擔心面試那天起不了床，或是因為起晚耽誤面試。
以下方法都可以使用：準備2個鬧鐘；請家人叫早。以上方法可以同時使用。
面試時衣服不要前一天晚上才試穿，至少提前5天到一周；并要求自己穿半天，才能使衣服和自己適應。
面試前，時間很緊，考場環(huán)境勘察是非常有必要的。按照規(guī)律，正常人在陌生環(huán)境，其表達能力和思維能力都會受到影響，與平時在自己熟悉的環(huán)境中是有差別的�？忌鷳孪瓤辈熳罘奖愕牡竭_考場的路線、乘車方式，將第二天天氣突然變化導致交通擁堵考慮進去，確保按時到達考場；事先將考場整個外部、內部環(huán)境熟悉一遍，搞清楚具體方位和建筑物之間的關系，考場內部環(huán)境，樓道、電梯、大門、衛(wèi)生間等位置，這些映像有助于考生消除緊張心理，將客場作戰(zhàn)變?yōu)橹鲌觥?/p>
面試過程中有些考生由于很緊張，總是會忘記一些東西。要準備的物品大體如下，事先列個清單，逐項檢查核實，事先裝好。
考試證件：身份證、準考證、面試通知書（如發(fā)的話）。
零星用品：零錢、包、手表、小鏡子（男生也要帶一個）、水杯（可以買一瓶水）、一塊小毛巾、面巾紙，其它個人必需品。
書籍報紙：面試抽簽順序可能靠后，面試候考時間可能較長，候考期間不能外出，帶些必要的書籍和報紙可以讓自己心情免于浮躁。
手機、MP3：手機在候考時會被考官統(tǒng)一保管，MP3可以在候考時使用。
二、考試當天去考點之前準備的注意事項
考試當天去考場之前，需要注意的是早上一定要按時起床，檢查面試需要的相關物品和材料，特別是證件。女同學可以在早餐后再適當化裝，男同學也要注意不要穿戴整齊后在外邊吃早飯，以免不小心弄臟衣服來不及更換，影響心情。早飯量要中等，吃太多，容易犯困，食物如面包、雞蛋、面條等都可以。不要太咸，否則，到考場后需要喝很多水，上衛(wèi)生間頻繁�？偟脑瓌t是適度即可。交通工具上，最好打車前往考場，騎自行車容易遭遇惡劣天氣和偶然情況。路上要保持心平氣和，切勿和別人爭執(zhí)，以免影響考試。
