用詞友善
無論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動辭職，撰寫辭職信時，措詞切記要適當(dāng)、友善，千萬不要把辭職信當(dāng)作發(fā)泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數(shù)公司、老板的不是。原因有三∶
- 你的未來老板隨時會要求你的前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。因此，別自毀長城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。
