when the fruit is ripe its soft skin is yellow and resembles a small plantain. the flesh of the fruit is soft, sweet, and a very pale cream color. banana plants are cut down after the fruit has been removed, because they bear fruit only once. a piece of the root is planted again and in a few months the young plant grows several feet height. it takes two years before the plant begins to flower and bear fruit. bananas are an excellent provider of energy and a healthy addition to anyone’s diet. banana is the perfect supplement for active people. it provides large amounts of vitamin b-6 and vitamin c, which are two of the vitamins most commonly lost during strenuous exercise.
banana is most well known as a supplier of potassium. potassium is very important to muscle function and is the nutrient most often associated with relieving muscle cramps. the potassium in banana may also help reduce the likelihood of hypertension and stroke. banana is also high in dietary fiber, and thus may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, especially colon cancer. banana is also packed with natural energy and phytonutrients.

I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. 在座的家長對自己子女的狀況比我更加清晰。同學們都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，經過這三年的學習，同學與同學之間已經拉開了差距，特殊是這本英語書，看起來簡潔，但是卻是特別難的，難度消失了，兩極分化就開頭嚴峻了。一些好的同學學習愛好濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上樂觀思維，踴躍發(fā)言，課后準時鞏固，形成了良性循環(huán)的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭并進，我為他們感到欣慰�？梢灿幸恍┩瑢W，平常學習馬虎，基礎不扎實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講消失困難，用他們自己的話說：“我聽不懂�！甭牪欢�，還不努力，書面作業(yè)拖拉不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的同學還是處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在著個體差別。盡管他們平常不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現，又總有一絲圓滿，我們總盼望他們能夠再上一個臺階。
作為一名英語老師，我認為我對班級的孩子是盡心盡責的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在班級的英語教學上。兩個班的好幾套作業(yè)，《同步探究》，《補充習題》，1、2、3號作業(yè)本和各種紙上的練習等等我都仔細的進行批改。有的時候還要帶回家改。但是結果卻不是那么的盡如人意。我分析后發(fā)覺問題主要出在孩子的學習方法和學習習慣上。我發(fā)覺學習成果好的孩子，他們都有好的學習習慣和學習方法。
1.好的聽課習慣
2.學習英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學了要能說出來才是會了。
3.作業(yè)是課堂教學的補充和鞏固，作業(yè)完成質量的好壞直接關系到學問把握的堅固程度。好的作業(yè)完成習慣包括按時完成作業(yè)和按時交作業(yè)，按老師的要求仔細的，字跡清楚的正確的完成作業(yè)。
熟悉三班級下學期
中班級是學校階段中一個關鍵性的班級，我們稱它為轉折點。三班級處于轉折前期。在這個階段，同學的身心和學習內容上都會發(fā)生巨大的變化，假如忽視了這個階段的學習，那對同學今后的學習將會產生很嚴峻的影響。為了什么會消失這種情形呢？我認為中班級主要消失了以下幾個方面的變化：
1、學習內容
從三班級開頭，孩子們的學習內容變了。低班級主要是一些特別基礎的學問，只要孩子肯下功夫，一般不成問題。到了中班級，學習的學問由簡潔到簡單，從低班級的形象思維向高班級的抽象思維過渡，這對同學提出了更高的要求，基礎必需扎扎實實地把握，該讀的還要讀，該抄的還得抄，該練的還得練。但同時還要拓展孩子的思維，從不同角度去考慮問題。課堂上抄寫的內容我們可以看孩子1號本，能到A+的同學確定是比較好的。
2、心理方面
孩子長大了，也學會了思索，更學會了察言觀色，喜愛的人，他情愿和你溝通，不喜愛的人就會跟你對著干。而且有些事他會放在心里，不喜愛和老師、家長溝通，假如你關懷他了，重視他了，或許他興奮了就會把自己的心里話和你說說、不興奮就埋在心里，讓你摸不透他的想法，這樣就無法指導他的學習。另外，家長還要把握好批判的尺度，這階段的孩子自尊心漸漸增加，也就是我們通常在講的孩子知道“難為情”了，他怕“丟面子”了，所以各位家長在教育孩子的時候要把握好尺度。
3、學習方面
說到學習在座的家長都深有體會�，F在的孩子越來越不好輔導了。在一二班級時，有的同學在課堂上不留意聽講，回家以后，家長在家里關心他們記記生字，背背課文，到考試的時候還是能考到比較滿足的成果�，F在學習的內容難度加大了，各門功課的作業(yè)量相對多了，但也不至于要寫到晚上十一、二點，主要是學習方法轉變了。同學的學習不應是一種被動學習，而是一種主動學習。但我們的孩子，大多數都屬于一種被動學習，甚至處于躲避學習的狀態(tài)。比如，最明顯地就是表現在作業(yè)上。這主要表現在低班級時是被動的接收性學習方法為主，老師教我怎么做我就怎么做，很少有自己的主見和想法，那么現在進入三班級以后就不提倡這種做法了，同學應當是自己主動的去學習，是“我要學”，而不是“要我學。”因此，有一些同學由于不想學，為了躲避寫作業(yè)在家長面前說：“今日老師沒布置作業(yè)。”那么在這里我也可以明確的告知在座的每一位家長，“今日沒有作業(yè)”這句話是不成立的。老師每天都布置有肯定量的作業(yè)，就算老師間或沒布置作業(yè)，同學自己也有一些其他作業(yè)等著去完成，如可以預習老師沒講過的內容，也可以復習老師已經講過的學問。由于以上轉變，所以會消失一部分同學求知欲增加，對學問追求，因此成果越來越好，或者有明顯進步。而有一部分同學消失惰性，怕辛苦，也有一部分同學對學習不協(xié)調，當然這類同學想把成果搞上去就相對會累一點。班級中三門功課能比較精彩的.有：郝程偉、張源、毛麗瑩、夏玉婷、姚逸飛、孔彥成、楊淳迪和陳乾軒。
4、課堂方面
三班級的課堂，特別重要。所以我特別重視課堂教學，每堂課都細心作為預備，吸引同學的留意力。在課堂上，同學學習狀態(tài)兩極分化相當嚴峻，有一部分同學的思維是相當活躍的，每個問題都能樂觀思索回答，同學，這一部分孩子課堂效率比較高。但也有一部分同學上課總是游離在課堂之外，經常在抽屜里玩東西，做小動作，或者和同學說“靜靜話”，根本不聽老師的講課，也不樂觀思索問題。久而久之，成果下滑很嚴峻，惰性很強。這學期，我盼望每一位同學最起碼一堂課發(fā)一次言，給自己訂下目標，從而提高自己的學習效率。課堂的狀況我們可以從墻上加分表上看出來。
5、成果方面：
雖然說幾次考試成果不能代表孩子的全部學業(yè)，至少反映了孩子這半個學期的學習態(tài)度和學習狀況。在這里，我要提示家長伴侶正確對待分數：中班級，同學分數的波動還是相當大的，不能一看到孩子考得不好就沖孩子大發(fā)雷霆，甚至有家長在沖動之下對孩子大打出手。人心都差不多，人不是常勝將軍，哪會有次次都勝利的？所以，對待孩子的考試成果，我們家長不應當只盯著不如意的分數，不能光沖孩子發(fā)火和打罵，而是應當急躁地、心平氣和地與孩子一起分析錯誤的緣由，關心他弄懂意思，改正錯誤才是上策。請關注孩子的學習過程�？荚嚪謹抵皇呛饬客瑢W學習的一個指標，而不是唯一指標。在某種程度上可以說，學習過程的一些特點比分數更重要。有的同學甚至也能考到95分，但是對數學的愛好不夠高，主動性不高，獨立思索不夠，與同學們溝通的習慣還沒養(yǎng)成，他的學習潛力將受到限制。假如家長和老師不去關心他們，學習成果將會無法得到提高。
6、其他方面
轉折時期，思想教育也很重要。在學校主要反應為不太遵守課堂和課間紀律。上課不舉手，發(fā)言沒聲音，下課就大吵大鬧。打了上課鈴，一點反應都沒有。寫作業(yè)也竊竊私語，紀律在大幅度下滑。表揚段佳佳媽媽她們常常會和老師溝通孩子最近的狀況，和老師一起努力，讓孩子朝好的方向進展。其實，孩子這么小，還是應當和父母在一起，由父母來督促學習，效果是最明顯的。不要把孩子扔給爺爺奶奶，或者扔給家教，這些可以說，都是不負責任的做法。雖然我教兩個班級，但是我為了各別孩子，本學期我堅持了檢查回家作業(yè)記載本，其實這項作業(yè)大部分孩子我還是放心的，主要還是針對一些作業(yè)落后的同學，但是無論從家長你們口中或者是其他同學口中我都得知還是有效果的，那么我也會堅持這項內容的，盼望家長也要堅持，為了不打擊孩子的樂觀性，這項作業(yè)的檢查到學期末我也會對仔細的同學發(fā)獎的。
在這里還是盼望家長能根據老師的要求每天檢查孩子的作業(yè)完成狀況，包括筆頭的和口頭的，有時間的最好簽個字，讓我知道你在關懷你孩子的英語學習狀況。在學校里我會盡自己的最大努力去關注和關懷每一位同學。
