　　I’m really interested in the culture of other countries. I don’t know why, but I always think other cultures are more interesting than my own culture. I’m English so Ithought Americans had the same culture as me. When I went to America Iunderstood Americans and Brits are very different people. Understanding the culture of other people is very important. It helps us all to get along. If everyone really tried to learn about other cultures, the world would be a more peaceful place. The world is becoming smaller, so I think this is happening.

　　羅老師在課上很嚴厲。記得三年級時的一節(jié)英語課，我僅有的'一塊橡皮掉在了桌子下面，我正要彎腰去撿。這時，羅老師看見了，她連忙對我說："不許撿！"當時，我以為羅老師是非常不近人情的人。后來我明白了，羅老師是讓我上課時集中注意力。正因為有這件事，正因為羅老師的教誨，我的聽力題一直做得都不錯。
