One day on his way to school， he saw a little girl crossing the road. A car was coming towards her quickly and the girl was too frightened to move. The car nearly hit her. Just then LiuKai rushed up to her and caught her by the arm. The little girl was saved. She told him where she lived， and he took her home. When LiuKai hurried into the classroom， the teacher had already begun his lesson. He told the teacher why he was late. He was then praised for what he had done.

我一路小跑，趕到比賽地點(diǎn)。一看，人山人海，除了參賽選手和他們的家長(zhǎng)以外，其他都是停下來(lái)觀看的過(guò)往人群。我在人叢（群）中擠來(lái)擠去，終于找到了銘銘和她的媽媽。我們一起來(lái)到了觀看最佳（的觀看）位置，銘銘就去比賽臺(tái)子左邊準(zhǔn)備上場(chǎng)了。
比賽開(kāi)始了。第一個(gè)上場(chǎng)的.選手非常緊張，眼睛看著地，怯生生的聲音總是卡殼。第二個(gè)選手倒是大大方方的。不一會(huì)兒，就輪到銘銘就上場(chǎng)了。她表演的是首英語(yǔ)韻律歌。銘銘先介紹了一下她自己。她介紹時(shí)，眼睛看著地，但一會(huì)兒就發(fā)揮自如了。銘銘邊唱歌邊做各種既有趣又好玩的動(dòng)作，唱呀跳呀，她載歌載舞，好像沉浸在了自己的歌聲中了。她唱的這首歌很短，所以一會(huì)兒工夫就唱完了。接下來(lái)的選手的年齡越來(lái)越小，最小的才4歲。那個(gè)4歲的小女孩唱的是《London bridge》(倫敦橋)。上臺(tái)時(shí)，因?yàn)槟_夠不著樓梯，所以被主持人抱上臺(tái)子。這位小朋友好像有點(diǎn)膽小，但最終在老師鼓勵(lì)下，天真可愛(ài)地唱完了整首歌。
