　　On Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve is a special day for me. Why is that? 　　平安夜和圣誕夜對我來說是一個特別的日子。為什么呢?因為爸爸媽媽都對我說：“平安夜會有圣誕老人送禮物，可是他只給乖小孩，而且小朋友還要寫卡片把自己想要的寫上去再把卡片放圣誕襪里，就好了!”

　　隔天早上起來圣誕襪里就會有一樣東西，可是有時候禮物不一定是自己想要的。這讓我懷疑在平安夜里架著糜鹿、身穿紅衣、背著大袋子的圣誕老人其實是我的父母。

　　我曾經想過在半夜爬起來看圣誕老人到底是誰?不過每次我想起來看時，都爬不起來，因為我一上床就像死豬一樣睡得很熟，根本就爬不起來!記得有一年，我的愿望是：1.希望全家人身體健康2.希望家人不要為我擔心這一類的愿望……等。

　　Wang Junxia is a good middle distance race athlete. She was born in 1973,in Jiaohe, Jilin. She is1.62 meters tall and 50 kilos. He is dilligent in the training. All of her coach and teammates like her.

　　Wangjunxia began her career track and field team in Liaoning when she was 18 years old. When he was 22 years old, he came into national team. In 1996, she got the first gold medal——the Atlanta Olympic Game. After that, she helped Jilin team win 7 gold medals from 1993 to 1996 national championships. She won the name of“one of ten national greatest atheles”,“divine deer in easten”.

　　Wang Junxia is famous of middle distance race . And she is diligent,enterprising,persistent and successful. So she has great deal of fans all over the world. We are proud of her and would learn from her.

　　我的爸爸是個交警，他每天都忙里忙外的。每次下班，他總是很晚回家。特別是節(jié)假日期間，爸爸更是忙得不可開交。家里老也見不著他的人影。

　　為了適應新的形勢，作為一名警察不但要業(yè)務精通，而且要不時地學習新的知識來充實自己，爸爸單位經常要舉行不同的考試，英語考試就是其中的一項。這下可苦了爸爸，因為他是在鄉(xiāng)下長大的，所以英語基礎非常地差，沒辦法，只好現(xiàn)在用功了。他每天只要一有空，就會坐在家里的錄音機前面跟著讀，還特地叫姑媽給他買了一本英語詞典呢!記得有一次，我放學回到家，剛走近門口,就聽見了有人在讀英語，我感到很奇怪，想：今天是誰比我回家還早呢?我進門一看，原來是爸爸啊。當我走到他的身后，爸爸竟然還不知道我來了呢。我拍了拍他的肩膀，爸爸立刻回過頭來，看見了我，說：“兒子，你回來了啊，剛才嚇了老爸一大跳啊�！笨粗职诌@么專心致志地學習，我放下了先玩一會兒再做作業(yè)的念頭，于是我就坐在旁邊開始做起作業(yè)來了，突然我聽見錄音機停下來了，哦，原來是爸爸遇到了一個不熟悉的單詞，在翻詞典呢，只見他一邊翻著字典，一邊嘴里還默默地念著這個單詞，當學會了這個單詞，又繼續(xù)讀了起來，直到半夜我去解小便，看見客廳的燈還亮著，哦，原來是爸爸還在學英語呢。一開始我以為我們全家我最辛苦了，沒想到爸爸白天要上班，晚上還學習，真辛苦啊!就這樣，爸爸用這種堅持不懈地精神，慢慢地學習著英語。

　　看見爸爸這認真樣兒，我心里暗暗下決心：一定要像爸爸一樣專心致志地學習，小時候先學好基本功，扎好基礎。不管做什么，都要認真、堅持不懈地去做好。
