大家下午好！我叫xx，原來在xx小學(xué)工作，近幾年來一直從事小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)，今年因工作調(diào)動，調(diào)整到我們xx小學(xué)工作，我感到非常的高興，同時，也非常感謝我們學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能給我這樣一次展示自我、成就自我的機(jī)會。我今天我競聘的崗位是三、四年級的英語教學(xué)。
首先我說一下自己的基本情況和工作業(yè)績：我xx年畢業(yè)于xx師專數(shù)學(xué)系，后分配到xx中學(xué)從事數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)，xx年開始改教初中英語，xx年因身體狀況，調(diào)入小學(xué)從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)至今，xx年自考大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，xx年被評為中學(xué)一級教師。
自工作以來，我一直兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮工作，所教科目成績一直據(jù)全鎮(zhèn)前列，特別是近幾年來從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)，所教班級多次獲得全鎮(zhèn)第一名，個人也多次被評為鎮(zhèn)教育先進(jìn)工作者、優(yōu)秀教師，區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師，個人年考核優(yōu)秀等次的榮譽(yù)稱號，并有多篇論文在市級報紙發(fā)表。
下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個優(yōu)勢和條件：
1。有良好的師德
我為人處事的原則是：老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作負(fù)責(zé)，辦事公道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴(yán)格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師！認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會上級教育主管部門的文件精神，與時俱進(jìn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭取讓每個學(xué)生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)

我從xx師專數(shù)學(xué)系畢業(yè)后曾到xx師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修英語教學(xué)培訓(xùn)，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。
3。有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力
從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，為了這個心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識。
熟悉相關(guān)學(xué)科的'文化知識，不斷更新知識結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務(wù)，精心施教，把握好教學(xué)的難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真探索教學(xué)規(guī)律，鉆研教學(xué)藝術(shù)，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格和教學(xué)效果普遍受到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和歡迎。

如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔(dān)任三四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。

With the development of technology, more and more people are fond of using Internet. It is particularly popular among young people. Just
like the coin has two sides, internet also has its own advantages and disadvantages.
First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.
But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.
I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考試不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his fathers selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when computers entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition, long times working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.
At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of peoples life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life. That s all , thank you !

Especially when I had Justin as one of my best friends. Justin was my English teacher from the USA. I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little English. Justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. He taught us English by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve. It was so interesting and unforgettable. Justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study English well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others lives. I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. Justin is the best friend I have ever had, and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
However, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. More and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. They work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. Of course, we dont deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. All of us have to spare some time for personal lives. We have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. When staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.
Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. I am not a poet and cant eulogize my career with beautiful poems; I am not a scholar and can not think about my value with profound thoughts; Im not a singer. I cant sing my post with a beautiful voice. I am an ordinary cadre. I want to pick up flowery words in my mind and build the best poetry in my heart; I will use deep thinking to deduce the most mysterious philosophy in my heart; I want to sing the most sincere oath in my heart with dignified feelings - when I choose the Development Zone, I choose dedication. I want to sprinkle my youth on this hot land full of dreams!
If the education in the development zone is compared to a big ship, I am the sailor on this big ship. I feel happy for my tense and full life every day and feel heartfelt pride for witnessing the vigorous development of education in the whole region. Some people say that entering the development zone is the most beautiful place in the urban area. When you see a modern school with complete facilities standing among tall buildings, you will be glad to find that the decision-makers led by director Wang in the development zone have not forgotten to modernize our education while making efforts to carry out economic construction under the guidance of science, Dont forget to build a strong education area!
Young I think of myself, the responsibility and mission on my shoulders, and how to make my youth more dazzling and bright in my selfless dedication to the cause of education! Einstein once said: "I think, for everything, only love is a teacher, and he far exceeds the sense of responsibility." I am so glad to give my speech to you I will start my topic about The Dream English,as you know ,The Dream English plans to put our dream come true。When I was a little boy ,I was so curious about english as long as I heard someone speak english around me,so I am very interested in english.
Thank for The Dream English,I have a chance to learn more about english which is about life and study. In my opinion,english is not only a language but also a contains much useful knowledge and life experience,if we all try our best to learn about it,such as its background and its history,we can regard it as a tool to make contribution to ourselves and our country.
